Litigation Practice Areas Include:
All manner of civil defense litigation involving products liability, trucking and transportation, automobile liability, premises liability, construction accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage and personal injury.

Job Duties May Include:

Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, including medical, financial, tax, and employment records

Creating detailed medical and factual chronologies

Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files

Compiling evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases

Managing and organizing electronic and physical case files

Coordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services

Generating status reports, logs, and case indexes

Corresponding with clients and opposing law firms

Conducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materials

Communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications

Performing additional duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize

Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments
