Litigation Practice Areas Include:
All manner of civil defense litigation under three core departments – Casualty, Health Care and Professional Liability.

Comfortable managing fast‑paced discovery, preparing cases for trial, and independently maintaining a caseload

Job Duties May Include:
Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, including medical, financial, tax, and employment records
Creating detailed medical and factual chronologies
Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files
Compiling evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases
Managing and organizing electronic and physical case files
Coordinating with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services
Generating status reports, logs, and case indexes
Corresponding with clients and opposing law firms
Conducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materials
Communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications
Performing additional duties as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize
Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Willingness to learn and adapt as new skills are required
Dedication to fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
Job Requirements:
3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred
