Production General Labor
Pay: PBNA $22.40 per hour, full time, days.
Position responsibilities may include general housekeeping such as sanitation, yard cleaning, scrubbing, and changing lights; pallet repair; reworking damaged or returned product; supplying plastic flats to the production line; and maintaining records, completing paperwork, and documentation. This entry-level role performs miscellaneous support tasks throughout warehouse and/or manufacturing areas and may also handle yard jockey duties.
Physical demands: pushing, pulling, and lifting/carrying 20–45 lbs repeatedly throughout a long shift; constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping. Experience operating a forklift is helpful but not required.
PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform various physical duties as assigned, including sorting, stacking, cleaning, and minor repair or maintenance tasks.
Maintain all safety standards.
Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
18 years or older; 21 years or older if a valid U.S. CDL is required.
Must be able to pass a forklift driving skills test (if applicable).
Valid U.S. driver’s license or valid U.S. CDL license (if required).
Pass DOT physical and DOT road test (if applicable).
Follow DOT regulations (if applicable).
Ability to communicate effectively in English if a CDL is required.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
No experience required.
If the yard jockey position is required, experience with driving is needed.
For positions that require use of a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided.
