Position Overview
Location: Cedar Falls, IA
Base Pay: $21.00 / Hour
Employee Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

This position manages other employees and requires a high level of % travel.
Hours: Sunday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 1:30 am (end time may vary; holiday/overtime when required).
Responsibilities
Select customer orders using wearable technology and pick labels
Accurately scan barcodes/UPCs to minimize picking errors
Build stable pallets by stacking products in correct sequence and weight order
Verify quantities, rotation, and expiration dates
Substitute products as directed based on system instructions or supervisor guidance
Enter catch-weight items accurately into the system
Shrink-wrap and stage pallets for loading
Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and company policies

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience)
Ability to read item numbers and follow basic written instructions
Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks)
Basic math skills without a calculator
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (standing, lifting, bending, repetitive motions)
Able to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 150 lbs.) and work in varied warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty, noisy)
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check upon job offer

Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Work cooperatively across departments to support operations
