Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Material Handler in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Benefits
Weekly pay at $21.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 for mid‑shift work.
On‑the‑job paid training.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid forklift operator's license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Team‑player mindset and ability to work in a diverse environment.
Highly thorough and dependable.
Excellent attendance record and punctuality.
High level of initiative and accuracy under pressure.
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Adherence to health and safety methods.
Flexible schedule availability across various shifts.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Execute duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Accurately pick and pack products, audit, tote induction, staging, and truck loading/unloading.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during the core shift hour of production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
