Investment Associate - Private Credit

We are working with a NYC-based private credit manager to identify an Investment Associate for their deal team. The firm operates a strategy focused on senior-secured, asset-backed credit to small and mid-market businesses across the United States, with a strong track record across multiple fund vintages and significant deal flow momentum.

The Role
As an Investment Associate you will work directly alongside senior deal team members on the full investment lifecycle from origination and underwriting through to closing and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The firm runs a lean deal team structure, meaning associates get meaningful exposure and responsibility from day one rather than supporting a large group.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Building financial models and conducting credit analysis on prospective investments across a range of asset types and business profiles

Preparing investment memoranda and presenting recommendations to the investment committee

Conducting diligence on borrower financials, collateral, and asset quality

Supporting deal execution and portfolio monitoring across an active book of investments
