Construction Project Manager (long-haul)

We’re hiring a
Construction Project Manager
to support long-haul fiber builds across Ohio, with projects currently concentrated in the Columbus area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex infrastructure projects, driving performance, and leading teams to successful delivery.
What You’ll Do
Manage and support
long-haul fiber construction projects
from planning through closeout
Oversee installation of
conduit and fiber
for data center, OSP, and long-haul networks
Lead and manage
Construction Managers (CMs)
and coordinate with in-house construction crews
Produce
daily production reporting
and monitor project progress and milestones
Track and manage
project P&L
and overall financial performance
Present
weekly performance updates
on budget, schedule, and productivity
Collaborate with internal teams and
meet with clients in the field as needed
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Projects primarily located in
Ohio (mostly Columbus area)
No overnight travel expected ; minimal travel overall
Primarily office/management focused with occasional field visits
What We’re Looking For
Required
Background in
data center, OSP, or long-haul fiber
environments
Experience managing construction teams and project reporting
Strong financial and operational project oversight skills
