Superintendent – Leading Houston General Contractor

Greater Houston
A leading General Contractor in Houston is looking to bring on an experienced

Superintendents

across Ground-Up, High-End Interiors, and TI divisions to lead high-profile projects.
This is an opportunity to join a company with a

strong pipeline of healthcare work , a solid reputation in the market, and projects typically ranging up to

$20M+ .
The Role:

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for

leading field operations from start to finish , ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.
You’ll play a key role in managing site teams, coordinating trades, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Oversee

day-to-day site operations

on healthcare projects
Manage

ground-up builds and interior renovations
Develop and maintain

project schedules (lookaheads, sequencing, milestones)
Coordinate and supervise

subcontractors and trades on site
Ensure

compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality control
Lead

site meetings, inspections, and reporting
Collaborate closely with

Project Managers, owners, and design teams
Proactively identify and resolve

field issues and delays
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience

as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience delivering

commercial

or

healthcare projects (ground-up and/or interiors)
Experience managing projects valued up to

$20M+
Strong understanding of

construction standards and compliance
Ability to manage

multiple trades and fast-paced environments
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA certification preferred
Salary:

$110K–$160K + Bonus
