We’re partnering with a well-established organization to find a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who will own the full hiring lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership.
This is a true
in-house recruiting role —ideal for someone who enjoys going deep on roles, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Owning end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles and departments
Leading all interview stages, not just initial screenings
Partnering closely with hiring managers and executive-level stakeholders
Advising, influencing, and driving hiring decisions forwardDeveloping a deep understanding of each role’s requirements, challenges, and success indicators
Conducting thorough, thoughtful candidate interviews and evaluations
Managing candidate expectations and navigating offer discussions
Building trust and maintaining momentum throughout the hiring process
Executing outbound sourcing and recruiting in a strategic, targeted way
Tracking pipeline activity, outcomes, and recruiting metrics
Using data and insights to inform recruiting strategies
Ideal Background
Experience recruiting across multiple roles and departments
In-house or corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
(agency-only backgrounds are less aligned for this role)
Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and executives
Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable
