Job Title: Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruiter
Overview
We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring efforts at a fast‑paced, high‑growth manufacturing site. This individual will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and advancing top talent across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet critical staffing needs.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes including screening, interview coordination, and candidate experience
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements
Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient and high‑quality hiring process
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting full lifecycle recruiting
Experience recruiting in fast‑paced or high‑volume environments
Background in manufacturing, engineering, or other regulated industries is a plus
Strong ability to assess talent and make informed recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a sense of urgency
Hybrid work model (3–4 days onsite, 1–2 days remote)
Collaborative, high‑energy team environment
Fast‑paced setting with evolving priorities and hiring needs
Compensation
Hourly rate: $45–$60/hour (commensurate with experience)
