Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
- Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and specialty consultants
- Document patient care accurately within the EMR system
- Ensure timely patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified through ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Ohio medical license
- Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience
- Current certifications required:
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NRP
- COVID-19 vaccination required
