Role Summary
Responsible for I-9 processing, document verification, and pre-onboarding support. Ensures all new hires meet employment eligibility and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Process I-9 (Section 1 & 2) and verify documents

Ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify rules

Audit I-9 forms and fix errors

Support pre-onboarding and employee records

Track pending tasks and follow up

Work with HR teams on onboarding updates

Meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy

Keep employee data confidential

Basic Qualifications

4+ years HR / admin / operations experience

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

I-9 and E-Verify experience

Knowledge of compliance rules

High-volume onboarding experience

Workday or ATS tools

Strong attention to detail and communication
