This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic professional services firm as a

Litigation Legal Assistant . Our client provides legal, accounting, and consulting expertise to clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and maintain comprehensive case files, ensuring all relevant documents are readily accessible

Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support the litigation team

Prepare a variety of legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence, for the attorney’s review

Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate the litigation process

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements

Assist with the preparation and filing of court documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and deadlines

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a legal environment

Experience with time entry, scheduling, and e‑filing are a must

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail

Proficient in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office suite

Familiarity with court filing procedures and legal document formatting

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
