Nursing Scheduler Coordinator (QMA) Opportunity at Forest Creek Village (Must have QMA license)
The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.
Responsibilities
Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents and team members.
Organization: Create staffing schedules that ensure the provision of quality nursing care.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs, ensuring compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
Teamwork: Work toward a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
Interpersonal Communication: Maintain strong understanding and collaboration with team members to ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
Requirements
Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
Indiana QMA license.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
