someone experienced and confident in front of clients, but not ready (or not interested yet) in taking on a full Lead Advisor role. If you want to do real advisory work without being pushed into the spotlight too soon — this is it.

What you’ll actually do:
Engage with clients and prospects daily and build trusted, holistic relationships.

Clearly articulate financial strategies and help clients move confidently toward their goals.

Do

fiduciary-first work

that prioritizes people over products (wirehouse escapees welcome).

Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented group focused on long-term client success.

Leverage technology and planning tools to deliver a polished, modern client experience.

Who we’re looking for

4+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.

A clean U4 license.

Strong verbal communication, writing, and time-management skills.

Tech confidence, including Salesforce CRM (or similar).

Experience with financial planning tools like MoneyGuidePro® is a plus.

Client‑facing advisory experience and comfort leading financial conversations.

Willingness to complete a drug test and background check

Where this role can go
This is initially a

supporting advisor role , but it’s not a dead end.

Logistics:

Full‑time

position

Hybrid setup :

3 days in‑office

Bonus:

20%, paid annually
