The Opportunity
We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role with immediate responsibility over a meaningful caseload and direct involvement in litigation strategy, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to:
Take real ownership over cases (not just “handle appearances”)
Significantly increase their earnings through performance

Key Responsibilities
Manage a full workers’ compensation caseload from intake through resolution
Take and defend depositions (applicants, physicians, and experts)
Develop and execute litigation strategy across all phases of the claim
Appear at hearings, conferences, and trials before the WCAB
Drive cases toward resolution through proactive negotiation and mediation
Identify opportunities for crossover employment claims where applicable
Maintain consistent client communication and provide strategic guidance
Collaborate with intake, litigation support, and leadership to move cases efficiently
What We’re Looking For
2–7 years of California workers’ compensation experience
Active member of the California State Bar
Strong deposition and litigation skills (or a clear desire to develop them quickly)
Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines
High level of responsiveness, organization, and accountability
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
