Armorstack is building something different — a Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) that replaces the typical six-vendor mess most mid-market businesses are drowning in. We deliver one integrated platform across cybersecurity operations (SENTRY), managed IT infrastructure (CORE), physical security (CITADEL), and strategic advisory & compliance (VERITY). Unlike traditional Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that focus primarily on reactive monitoring, break-fix support, and basic uptime, Armorstack as an MIP provides proactive intelligence: AI-powered threat hunting and observability, converged security where IT meets operational environments, predictive insights that prevent disruptions, and vCIO-level advisory that directly ties technology resilience to business outcomes—such as risk reduction, regulatory compliance (NIST, CMMC, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.), and total cost of ownership (TCO) savings. We don’t just keep systems running—we deliver measurable intelligence and resilience that helps businesses of all types navigate rising cyber threats, vendor complexity, and operational demands in today’s environment.
We’re expanding aggressively into the Paper Valley — the vibrant business corridor of Northeast Wisconsin (Fond du Lac, Appleton, Oshkosh, Green Bay, Fox Cities, and surrounding areas). This region is home to a diverse mix of mid-market enterprises across manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, logistics, food & beverage, construction, and more. This is a pure hunter role: 100% new business development in a wide-open greenfield territory where Armorstack currently has minimal presence. If you’re already selling managed IT, cybersecurity, or physical security into local businesses—and you’re ready to move beyond commodity MSP services to a differentiated MIP platform—this is your chance to own the region, displace incumbents, and build substantial recurring revenue.
What You’ll Actually Do (Hunter Focus Only)
Prospect relentlessly into net-new business prospects (200–5,000+ employees) with complex IT/security environments—no farming existing accounts, no managing inbound leads.
Build pipeline from scratch using high-volume outbound (targeted campaigns, calls, LinkedIn, executive networking), industry events, and our compelling 90-day risk-free SENTRY trial that lets prospects experience AI-powered threat hunting and observability firsthand.
Own a first-year net-new revenue target of $120K+ in MRR contribution, managing full-cycle sales from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close on deals ranging from $5K–$50K+ MRR.
Run consultative conversations with CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and other business leaders—mapping pains around cyber threats, compliance, operational resilience, and vendor sprawl to our integrated MIP platform.
Navigate enterprise buying committees using structured methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar) and articulate the “Integration Tax”—why one intelligent vendor beats six fragmented point solutions.
Feed real-time market intelligence (competitive dynamics from local MSPs, objection patterns, emerging buyer needs across regional industries) back to leadership to shape GTM strategy.
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
