Job Details
Salary: $31 - $48 per hour
Monthly Bonus up to 20% of Salary

Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all production equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions using knowledge of machines, tools, and Fanuc Controls.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand equipment layout and function.
Assist in the design and modification of equipment to improve efficiency and safety.
Adhere to all safety and manufacturing procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production levels.
Optionally utilize understanding of PLC logic and programming to enhance machine performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in a CNC environment (must have CNC maintenance experience).
Proven technical understanding and mechanical skills, with a firm grasp of machines and tools.
Experience with hydraulic systems and design equipment.
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
Familiarity with Fanuc Controls.
Solid understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Understanding of PLC logic and programming is a plus but not mandatory.
