Seeking a
skilled Maintenance Technician
to support manufacturing operations in Novi. This role is critical to ensuring our production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you have hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and are fluent in

What You’ll Do
Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions with production teams
Support automated machinery, robotics (FANUC), and PLC-controlled equipment
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Troubleshoot sensors, motors, VFDs, and control systems
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
What You Bring
Bilingual in Mandarin & English (required)
2+ years of maintenance experience
in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)
Experience with
FANUC robotics (required)
Familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation (maintenance-level)
Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools (multimeter, etc.)
Willingness to obtain equipment certifications (Hi-Lo, lift, crane)
Nice to Have:
Injection molding or tooling experience
Background in robotics, electrical, or automation maintenance
Compensation (Mandarin Premium Included)
We offer competitive pay based on experience:
Entry (0–2 years):
$24–$31/hr ($50,000–$64,000/year)
Experienced (3–7 years):
$29–$41/hr ($60,000–$85,000/year)
Senior (7+ years):
$39–$53/hr ($81,000–$110,000/year)
