The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15 states. The firm is known for handling complex, high‑exposure matters and has built a reputation based on jury awards exceeding $10 million.
What we Offer:
The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000-$200,000 annually.

Job Duties:
Hybrid schedule – 2-3 days per week, work from home. Also, have a construction litigation team that works 1 week in office and the next 3 weeks remotely.
Develop compelling case strategies that cut through emotional arguments and drive results
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
Required:
NY bar
Recent insurance defense experience

Auto, PI, Torts
NY Labor Law / Construction Litigation
