Base salary: $130-200k

Responsibilities
Work fully remote, or hybrid schedule in our Seattle office – your preference.
In-person court appearances in Seattle required.
Billables are 1920 minimum. At 2000, you receive a 10k bonus. Each additional 100 hours is $7,500. So for example, at 2300 hours, you would earn a 34k bonus.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
Qualifications
WA bar
Recent insurance defense experience
Must live in or near Seattle (for Seattle court appearances)
You should know some of the following:
General, Premises Liability
Auto, Personal Injury
Construction Defect
Products Liability, Toxic Torts
Medical Malpractice
Insurance Coverage
Lemon Law, Class Action, Employment
