Onsite Payroll Specialist - US & Canada Expert

KUKA in Sterling Heights is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage multi-jurisdictional payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees. Your responsibilities will include onboarding duties, handling payroll inquiries, and preparing payroll reports. Candidates should have an associate degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of 2-3 years of payroll processing experience. Familiarity with UKG, SuccessFactors, and ADP Team Pay is preferred. A strong understanding of payroll regulations and excellent analytical skills are necessary for this role. This position is onsite at KUKA Headquarters.
