Schedule & Pay
• Stable, full-time 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

• Base pay starts at $30.56/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential, totalling $31.56/hr.

• Performance‑based pay increases through the first year can raise the rate up to $35.60/hr.

What You’ll Do
The Maintenance Technician II ensures maximum uptime for precision manufacturing by performing advanced troubleshooting and repair on CNC equipment and integrated Fanuc robotics cells. You will be the primary technical responder for machinery breakdowns, working with everything from high‑voltage electrical circuits to delicate robotic sensors.

Essential Functions

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on CNC machines.

Calibrate, program, and repair Fanuc robotics systems and vision systems to minimize cell downtime.

Troubleshoot and repair 480V systems, motors, drives, and sensors. Perform diagnostics analysis.

Execute complex repairs including spindle troubleshooting, turret alignments, ball screw replacements, and axis calibrations.

Perform PM plans to assist in monitoring equipment to predict failures before they happen.

Strictly adhere to and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols.

Manage oil buggy logistics, including operation, fluid replenishment, and preventative care.

Collaborate with the Maintenance Team Leader to identify and resolve equipment issues.

Qualified to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and capable of performing maintenance tasks at heights.

Uphold facility‑wide housekeeping standards and demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to all established protocols and PPE requirements.

Proficiency in utilizing CMMS to document work orders, track parts, and log equipment history.

Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

Ability to work safely.

Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and work in awkward spaces.

Licensed forklift operator.

High level of eye‑hand coordination to operate specialized hand and power tools.

Basic computer skills.

Not afraid of heights.

Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in a maintenance role.

Previous experience in a fast‑paced industrial setting.

Related technical or mechanical experience preferred.

Experience troubleshooting, replacing motors, and diagnosing control circuits.
