Required Skills:

• MD or DO licensure in good standing
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in labor, delivery, postpartum care, and gynecological services
• Strong clinical skills in managing labor and delivery, postpartum, and outpatient gynecology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically Epic (training provided)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working in a hospital-based OB-GYN setting
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including extended hours and weekend call coverage
• Experience with deliveries and managing diverse gynecological cases
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in OB-GYN practice preferred
• Current board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with potential weekend and Saturday office coverage
• Participation in Epic training sessions (scheduled every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) post-credentialing
• Active medical license and relevant certifications
• Compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• No unattached/unassigned coverage; comprehensive patient census management, including actively laboring patients, postpartum, gynecological consults, and floor coverage
• Able to handle approximately 80-90 deliveries monthly
