We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) physicians to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Required Skills:
* MD or DO licensure in good standing
* Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Proven experience in labor, delivery, postpartum care, and gynecological services
* Strong clinical skills in managing labor and delivery, postpartum, and outpatient gynecology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically Epic (training provided)
Nice to Have Skills:
* Previous experience working in a hospital-based OB-GYN setting
* Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including extended hours and weekend call coverage
* Experience with deliveries and managing diverse gynecological cases
* Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Medical degree from an accredited institution
* Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in OB-GYN practice preferred
* Current board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with potential weekend and Saturday office coverage
* Participation in Epic training sessions (scheduled every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) post-credentialing
* Active medical license and relevant certifications
* Compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
* No unattached/unassigned coverage; comprehensive patient census management, including actively laboring patients, postpartum, gynecological consults, and floor coverage
* Able to handle approximately 80-90 deliveries monthly
