Required Skills: MD or DO licensure in good standing Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in labor, delivery, postpartum care, and gynecological services Strong clinical skills in managing labor and delivery, postpartum, and outpatient gynecology Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically Epic (training provided) Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience working in a hospital-based OB-GYN setting Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including extended hours and weekend call coverage Experience with deliveries and managing diverse gynecological cases Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in OB-GYN practice preferred Current board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Other Requirements: Willingness to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with potential weekend and Saturday office coverage Participation in Epic training sessions (scheduled every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) post-credentialing Active medical license and relevant certifications Compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies No unattached/unassigned coverage; comprehensive patient census management, including actively laboring patients, postpartum, gynecological consults, and floor coverage Able to handle approximately 80-90 deliveries monthly This is an excellent opportunity for motivated OB-GYN physicians to advance their careers, enjoy competitive compensation, and make a meaningful impact on women s health.
