
Resource Coordinator

Overview
This candidate will report directly to the Program Supervisor - Focus Factory Resource Coordination and will support the coordination of onboarding supplier employees for Focus Factory efforts. This role requires coordination between Electric Boat (EB) and Focus Factory suppliers to ensure staffing demand is accurately maintained and aligned with scheduled work, and the hiring and onboarding efforts supports achieving the staffing demand. The candidate will explore supplier employee demand as an initiative to meet the hiring plan and onboarding based on each Focus Factories' needs. This candidate will endure day to day efforts to support the required onboarding of supplier employees across the Focus Factories. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, ability to adapt processes, meticulous data and tracking, ready to work in a fast-paced production environment supporting operations departments and program offices.
Responsibilities
Data input in various systems (For Example: ATA (time keeping), Cornerstone (Learning Management Systems), Contractor Database)
Coordinate with EB Security on initial badging of all FF employees
EB business systems access
Security onboarding processing documentation
Partnering with IT to obtain computer access for Focus Factory employees to support production
Ensuring employees are accurately represented and established in business systems
Working with Strategic Sourcing Program Office (SSPO) and Construction Managers to determine and manage hiring demands
Ensure onboarding meets the training schedule and production demand
Coordinating vendor badging for all Focus Factory related tours at EB sites
Maintain/Develop Department 335 Program Representative onboarding program materials
Coordinate Training and mentorship for Department 335 Onsite Program Representatives
10% Travel may be required, out of state to other EB sites
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher
2+ years of experience coordinating across organizations and administering processes
Strong computer skills including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 10% based on business needs
Ability to have and maintain secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Leased Labor and onboarding process (MDD-03377)
Knowledge of the MDD-01431 Contractor Computer Access request process
Experience with EB Business systems (PeopleSoft, ATA...etc.)
EB Training experience
Project Coordination experience
Experience working in an manufacturing or construction environment
