Office Onboarding Coordinator Home Care

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding & Training

Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new hires
Ensure completion and compliance of all onboarding documentation
Facilitate employee training requirements and track completion
Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records

Office & Operations Management

Oversee vendor relationships (phones, IT systems, office services, etc.)
Manage office systems, including phone and computer systems
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Support and improve internal office processes and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

Experience in home care, home health, or healthcare onboarding required
Familiarity with onboarding compliance and employee documentation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record required
Proficiency with office technology and systems
