Salary Range:

$62,250 to $100,000

Salary will vary based on market location and candidate qualifications. Compensation reflects labor costs across markets and includes a benefits program.

About the role
The HR Generalist supports the execution of people programs and HR initiatives aligned to business objectives in assigned areas of the organization. The role works closely with the HR Business Partner, People Relations team, and HR Centers of Excellence to provide consistent, high‑quality support to leaders and employees. Focus areas: operational excellence, leader enablement, and employee lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

Serve as point of contact for leaders and employees regarding HR processes, tools, and people‑related questions.

Maintain consistent HR presence with supported teams, including site visits as needed.

Partner with HR Business Partner to support workforce activities, people initiatives, and change efforts.

Support leaders in execution of core HR programs, including performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.

Own and coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other personnel action requests.

Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure employee data integrity.

Provide general support for training initiatives, including communication, scheduling, reminders, and compliance.

Reinforce consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Track, compile, and report people‑related data, flagging insights and improvement opportunities.

About you

HR Program & Operations Knowledge: understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and people programs.

Communication Skills: clear, professional communication with leaders, employees, and partners.

Collaboration & Partnership: work closely with HR Centers of Excellence and operational groups.

Attention to detail: accuracy in managing employee data, PARs, and program execution.

Judgment & Escalation: recognize when issues require HRBP involvement.

Adaptability: manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2‑4 years of experience in HR or people‑focused role; experience supporting HR programs, lifecycle processes, or leaders preferred.
