Overview of the HR Business Partner/Senior HR Generalist role:

• Manage recruiting process including, sourcing, selection, offers, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple requisitions simultaneously


• Advocate for employee retention and development


• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations


• Process Payroll Bi-weekly


• Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to identify best practices and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications for the HR Business Partner/Senior HR Generalist:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or another relevant field preferred


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• 4+ years experience


• Good time management skills and able to pivot.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
