
Full Charge Bookkeeper

PEG is partnering with an established and growing small business in the technology space to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity Monday through Friday with flexible hours, located in Bridgeton, St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle accounting, including AR and AP
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and support internal accrual‑based accounting processes
Prepare and maintain aging reports
Process payroll through ADP
Assist with onboarding in basic HR coordination
Work closely with external CPA on month‑end, financial reporting, and tax support
Support accounting across multiple business units, including sales, service, and inventory
Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
6+ years of accounting or full charge bookkeeping experience
Experience in a small business environment preferred
Strong understanding of general ledger and reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and pivot tables
Experience with ADP and Microsoft Access is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
