Associate Attorney

Seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters (MVA, premises liability, etc.) from inception through resolution. We are looking for a candidate who is trial-ready or eager to gain significant courtroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of litigation (pleadings, discovery, motions).
Conduct and defend depositions and attend court appearances.
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
Maintain regular, high-touch communication with clients.
Requirements:
2–15 years
of personal injury litigation experience.
Must be admitted to the
New Jersey Bar .
Strong negotiation skills and a "client-first" mentality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance-based settlement bonuses.
