Required Skills:

• Proven proficiency in urological surgical procedures and clinical management
• Valid medical license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure
• Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills tailored to urologic conditions
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a hospital or high-volume clinical setting
• Ability to perform advanced urological interventions
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in urology

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 1 week per month, with 3-4 consecutive 24-hour call shifts
• Willingness to handle approximately 4-5 hours of callback daily, adaptable based on case volume
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations promptly
• Must possess valid medical licensure and appropriate certifications
• Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements as applicable

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00.
