Responsibilities
Handle a variety of insurance defense matters, including auto and motor vehicle accident litigation, trucking and transportation defense, and premises liability and general tort matters.
Gain hands-on experience managing cases, conducting discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing matters for trial.
