Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 3 years of Restaurant Leadership experience (including P&L, labor percentages, food cost, etc.)
- Chick‑fil‑A Director experience (required)
- Proven track record of developing other leaders
- Open availability across all shifts (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Desire to grow with Chick‑fil‑A and lead with servant‑hearted values
