- Opportunity to support a high-volume pediatric service line
- Epic EMR for documentation
- Collaborative team including RN, MA, and APP support

- Call Response Time: 30 minutes

- Provide pediatric ENT call coverage for inpatient and emergency department consults
- Evaluate and manage pediatric ENT emergencies
- Round on admitted ENT patients
- Perform urgent surgical procedures when required
- Clinic schedule typically Monday ÄìFriday, 7:40 AM Äì 5:00 PM when scheduled
- Average clinic volume: 26 Äì30 patients per day
- Typical phone consults: 3 per day
- Average admissions while on call: 1 Äì2
- Patient population: infants through 18 years
- Support staff includes RN, MA, and advanced practice providers Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatric Otolaryngologist
- Active Missouri medical license
- BLS and ATLS required
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology preferred
- Local candidates strongly preferred Compensation
- Rate: Negotiable (facility accepting bids)
