Electro-Mechanical Technician II

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexibility required for off‑hours work as needed
Occasional overtime
Pre‑employment drug test and background check are required
Hourly rate based on experience, role level, and applicable shift differential that aligns with your expertise and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems
Maintain auxiliary equipment and facility systems
Support general building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations
Partner with production teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication
Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
Familiarity with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480 volts three‑phase power
Office software and computer navigation skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Effective team collaboration and communication
Physical requirements: ability to use hands for 100% of work time, reach above shoulders for 25% of work time, stand and walk 75% of work time, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 25% of work time, lift up to 25 pounds 30% of work time, up to 50 pounds 15% of work time, up to 75 pounds 15% of work time, see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more
Experience Requirements
8+ years electro‑mechanical experience, or
4+ years experience along with an associate degree in electro‑mechanical technology (or similar)
