What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to drive commercial charging sales across North America. You will lead the sale of Tesla’s Level 2 charging products to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, channel partners, distributors, and real estate owners.

What You’ll Do
Drive ambitious growth in commercial charging sales across key accounts across North America
Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts
Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors
Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations
Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of North American EV charging markets preferred
Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals
