Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Administer U.S. benefits programs end‑to‑end (health, retirement, disability, leave of absence, Open Enrollment)
Serve as the main contact for benefits vendors and manage employee inquiries
Support compensation programs including benchmarking, merit cycles, incentives and pay equity analysis
Provide compensation guidance for hiring, promotions and off‑cycle changes
Build reports, dashboards and analytics to support HR and business leaders
What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
3+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits
Strong Excel, analytical and data accuracy skills
Knowledge of U.S. benefits and employment‑related laws
SHRM, CCP or CBP certification preferred (or in progress)
