We are hiring immediately for a part‑time Shift Supervisor position.
Location: UCHICAGO Medicine Advent Health Bolingbrook – 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 (online applications accepted only).
Schedule: Part‑time schedule. Days and hours may vary; rotating weekends, Fridays, and Mondays. More details upon interview.
Pay Range: $19.50 – $22.00 per hour.
Requirement: No previous experience required.
Job Summary
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
