Facilities Maintenance Technician – Lubbock, TX
We are currently searching for a
Facilities Maintenance Technician , reporting to a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, to join our service delivery team. This role offers opportunity for a passionate, skilled commercial technician who enjoys travel, variety, autonomy, and being part of a supportive, growing company.

Apply 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring, masonry, EIFS, welding, and advanced structural repairs.
Read and interpret assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service with minimal supervision.
Complete service tickets in a designated territory in a cost‑conscious, high‑quality, timely manner.
Communicate clearly with lead technicians, supervisors, managers, and office staff regarding open issues and progress of all assigned work.
Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and cooperation with employees and customers.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
Travel 500–2000 miles per week to client sites; provide paid mileage reimbursement.
Meet the demands of a flexible schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
Provide reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment (e.g., 16‑ft. ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine) and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Use industry‑specific software and mobile applications to complete work orders, communicate, and document activities.
Perform physical tasks: lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 lbs. of torque, and work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
