Financial Analyst
to support core financial operations, reporting, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with operational and clinical leadership and plays a key role in financial planning, reporting accuracy, and business decision support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including ratio analysis and KPI evaluation
Analyze general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries
Perform detailed account analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Analyze trends in costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to support financial modeling and decision-making
Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities
Collaborate with leaders, executives, physicians, and business partners across the organization
Communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
At least three years of experience in:
Financial statement preparation and analysis
General ledger analysis and account reconciliations
Financial reporting and variance analysis
Cost, revenue, and trend analysis to support modeling and planning
Preferred Experience
Healthcare experience on the payer or provider side
