Overview
This technology‑enabled, multi‑site supply chain and operations organization is seeking an experienced
Controller
to lead accounting operations and financial reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers high visibility and close partnership with operations, FP&A, and executive leadership in a complex, fast‑growing environment. Location: Fremont, CA (onsite).
Responsibilities
Oversee all core accounting functions, including general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, AP/AR, and month‑end close
Ensure timely, accurate preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements and management reporting
Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and standardized procedures
Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors
Partner with FP&A and operations to support budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and margin improvement
Drive ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, and accounting process automation
Support treasury activities, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing accounting team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
CPA or CMA strongly preferred
8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and multi‑site manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments
Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, internal controls, and audit management
Hands‑on ERP experience; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI/reporting tools
Collaborative, detail‑oriented leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation:
$240,000-$295,000 annually
