Insight Global is seeking an
Entry-Level Recruiter
for a growing, fast-paced organization. This individual will support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screens, and handling a variety of recruiting-related tasks. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and eager to build a long-term career in recruiting, with clear growth opportunities and exposure to international hiring efforts. This role offers hands‑on experience, mentorship, and the chance to quickly become a key contributor on the team.
Must-Haves:
Entry-level recruiting or talent acquisition experience (or strong interest in recruiting)
Ability to source candidates across multiple channels
Comfortable conducting initial candidate screens
Highly motivated, hungry, and eager to grow
Personable with strong communication skills
Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks as needed
Flexibility to travel internationally (Europe) as required
Plusses:
Additional recruiting or staffing agency experience
Experience supporting senior recruiters or leadership
Exposure to international recruiting or global teamsStrong organizational and time-management skills
Experience using ATS or sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Day-to-Day:
Source and identify candidates for open roles
Conduct initial phone screens and candidate outreach
Support senior recruiters with scheduling and coordination
Maintain candidate pipelines and documentation
Assist with ad hoc recruiting and administrative tasks
Grow into a core team member and eventually become the team’s “number 4”
Participate in occasional travel to Europe to support hiring efforts
