What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using advanced tools, data, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
Consult with leaders to define talent needs, refine hiring strategies, and improve recruitment outcomes.
Conduct in-depth phone screens and provide strong, data-backed hiring recommendations.
Collaborate with HR and business partners to evolve employer branding, diversity initiatives, and talent pipelines.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with demonstrated hiring success.
Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, and recruitment analytics.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $90,000; base salary range starting at $62,000 - $82,000 plus the position-specific incentive opportunity. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
