What You’ll Do

Own the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates throughout their journey
Partner with Account Managers and Client Solutions Managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
Source high-level talent across technical areas including: Application Development, Analysis, Cybersecurity, Project Management & Quality Assurance
Utilize job boards, recruiting tools, and creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
Leverage social media and networking to build a strong talent pipeline
Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide strategic hiring recommendations aligned with client needs
Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate interviews and lead post-interview debriefs and feedback loops
Negotiate offers with a focus on market competitiveness and client requirements
Continuously analyze recruiting performance and optimize processes using data-driven insights
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ year of technical recruiting experience
The ability to work in our Somerville office 3 days/week
Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly
Experience with job boards, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
