Position Overview
This role sits within a corporate accounting team supporting multiple distribution centers and will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and operational support. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive insights and ensure accuracy across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries and support general ledger activity across multiple locations
Analyze financial results, including P&L trends, variances, and key drivers of performance
Assist with month‑end close and preparation of financial statements (BS, IS, supporting schedules)
Partner with operations to understand financial impacts across distribution centers
Monitor compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Review, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial data
Support inventory accounting and related controls
Contribute to process improvements and special projects
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3–5 years of experience (public accounting or industry)
CPA or actively pursuing
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
Detail‑oriented with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
Experience with inventory, fixed assets, or lease accounting is a plus
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus
