Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls
• Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and timely financial statements
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, banking activity, and forecasting
• Partner with operations and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support profitability initiatives
• Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing
• Proven experience leading month‑end close, financial reporting, and treasury management
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
