Key Responsibilities
Direct day‑to‑day accounting operations, period‑end close, and production of accurate financial statements and management reports.
Lead costing and performance analysis, including product cost models, production cost reviews, and inventory valuation.
Maintain strong internal controls, coordinate audits, and ensure documentation meets regulatory and diligence standards.
Manage compliance, tax coordination, and preparation of financial materials for external stakeholders.
Oversee capital and fixed‑asset accounting, including tracking, depreciation, and expenditure controls.
Provide leadership to the accounting team, ensuring timely execution of payables, reconciliations, and core processes.
Improve financial systems and workflows, driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalable process automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, with progressive experience in manufacturing or product‑based environments.
Strong grounding in cost accounting, inventory processes, GAAP, internal controls, and ERP systems.
Experienced in managing audits, working with external firms, and supporting financial diligence activities.
Effective collaborator across operational and leadership teams with strong communication skills.
Hands‑on contributor who thrives in lean environments and drives continuous process improvement.
