Key Responsibilities

Support the development and administration of compensation programs including base salary, bonus, commission, and equity plans
Evaluate compensation structures to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions through questionnaires and stakeholder interviews
Review and audit job classifications to ensure consistency and accuracy
Participate in compensation and salary surveys; analyze market data to inform pay decisions
Perform analysis on incentive, sales compensation, and other complex pay programs
Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations
Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership on compensation strategies and insights
Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, tools, and data accuracy
Support the implementation of new compensation programs and initiatives
Assist in communication and training related to compensation programs
Ensure compliance with applicable compensation regulations and policies
May provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (Business, HR, or related field preferred)
5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Experience working with salary surveys, job evaluations, and market pricing
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with PowerPoint; familiarity with databases or HR systems is a plus
CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
Project management experience within HR programs preferred
